Lin Hawkyard's Lorrequer Legacy litter was whelped on the 25th of January, 2012. They are sired by my MSBIS GCh. Sadik Seca Wind JC out of SBOS Am Can Ch. Lorrequer Kalarya. Arya was tragically lost during her c-section, so her pups live on in her memory. In the early weeks, they were raised by a surrogate mom, a wonderful Australian Shepherd named Speck. Speck did a great job with not only her own Aussie babies, but also Arya's until they were grown and strong enough to come home to Lorrequer.

Pictured from left to right are Sparkle, sister Lana and the brothers, Henri, Nazeem and Luca. Sparkle is Lorrequer Legacy to Sadik and came to California to live with her sire and the other Sadik Salukis. So far she is living up to her name!

SBIS Am Can Ch. Lorrequer Legacy is Lana, Lin's girl that stayed with her. At a very young age, Lana went to first shows and won a major reserve from the puppy class and Best Puppy in Show. Since then she won a Best of Breed and a Best of Opposite Sex over specials and has recently completed her Canadian Championship at the Saluki Club of Canada Specialty and Supported entry shows in June 2013. Lana came to the states in 2015 and quickly earned her American Championship with a Best in Specialty show from the classes and numerous other specialty and supported entry wins. She finished at the San Angeles Saluki Club specialty in Lompoc, July 2016, with a Best of Winners! Lana is now owned by John and Lesley Brabyn and was shown to her American title by Lesley.

Can Ch. Lorrequer Lasting Legacy is the boy that stayed home with Lin and Lana. While Lana was busy winning at the shows at a young age, Luca was taking his time maturing (like a normal boy!) and completed his Canadian championship shown by Lin. He finished his title with multiple Best of Breed wins and a Group II!

This is Lorrequer Legacy at El Shaddai, otherwise known as Nazeem. He is pictured above on the left at 21 months of age and on the upper right moving out at five and a half months. Nazeem already has won a major and is proudly owned, loved and shown by Jessica Dixon (El Shaddai Salukis). He is also co-owned with Michelle Ridenour and his breeder, Lin Hawkyard.

Pictured above is Ch. Lorrequer Legacy of Life, otherwise fondly known as Henri. Henri is owned by Leila and David Kirske and lives with Sadik RFR Catch A Breeze. Henri is seven and a half months older than Thistle so he is the "big brother" in the household. Henri started out his show career by winning Best Puppy in Specialty at the Northern Cascades Saluki Fanciers Specialty show held in Redmond, Washington under judge Rita Walker at seven months of age. A year later, he was Reserve Winners Dog to a four point major at this specialty under breeder judge Pamela Arwood. Henri sailed to his title with ease, completing the requirements for his championship in June 2015!
